Returns/Refunds
If any item you purchase from this site has been damaged please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a replacement for the damaged item or a full refund if the item is unavailable. We will issue a full refund for any over-payments.
Postage & Delivery
The listed subscription prices are inclusive of postage. Please allow two to three weeks for the delivery of your journal subscription or back order issues. We generally ship orders within three business days (unless there is a problem with payment processing).

If you want to try a single issue before you subscribe, you can order single issues from the current year/volume in our archive. Be sure to indicate your account type (Institutional or Individual) and your residency (Australia or Overseas).
Any back issues (these are hardcopy printed journals) will be shipped once your order is complete.
