Symptoms occurring at fixed times

During my many years in clinic and discussion with colleagues regarding disorders that appear or disappear at fixed times, especially when our treatments would fail, we would often play around with the logic and structure of classical formulas, extrapolating, and then find that when we used those formulas they worked. Here are some examples.
